The latest news is that the new Krog Street Developers, Paces Properties have recently purchased the former Atlanta Dairies complex located on Memorial Drive in Reynoldstown.  This property was most recently owned by Parmalat and has been vacant and a visual eye sore to everyone for many years.

According to the Reynoldstown Civic Improvement Leauge meeting last week, there are plans to maintain the historical value of some of the buildings in the area, but depending on zoning, the plans would call for a mixed used development which would include offices, retail, apartments and maybe even an entertainment venue.

Developments near the proposed sections of the Atlanta Beltline, like this one will continue to be announced over the next few years.  The once vacant, desolate and downright ugly complexes around Atlanta will eventually all again be full of life.
