Want to know why we love East Atlanta?

This neighborhood has the best of all worlds:  a diverse population, a vibrant business district, Brownwood park, an engaged community association, and all the great shopping and dining in the Village.

Joe’s Coffee located in the village and Hodge Podge just outside are great  choices for people wanting to grab a cup, plug in their computers or just read a book.  We Suki Suki and their delicious sandwiches or step across the street for some delicious tacos at either Tomatillos or Holy Taco. Flatiron makes some of the best fried green tomatoes we’ve ever had.    There’s also a tiny post office, a huge Bank of America with half a dozen drive-thru ATMs, the biggest group of fast food places in this part of the city, and a yearly beer festival in an awesome neighborhood park.  The East Atlanta Strut Festival and Parade in September is a ton of fun and don’t miss the Thursday evening farmers market that runs from spring until fall!

Oh, and street parking is plentiful and free.  What more could you ask for?
