This is a course that will teach its students how to identify what generation their particular client is most likely a part of and how these different generations act and react in the market place. Students will learn the distinguishing characteristics between Baby Boomers, Generation X,ers, and Millennials. There will be heavy discussion with encouragement of participation about what sales tactics can be used to accommodate more savvy and demanding consumers. Students will be encouraged to think about how they can adapt their businesses to coming trends and stay ahead of the curve.
