This class is designed for real estate agents, not consumers or mortgage lenders.  It’s a realtors guide to get an inside glimpse to how mortgage pricing works and how it you can use that knowledge in your contracts and assisting your clients.  Additionally, it covers updates and all the latest changes on Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo loan types.  It also compares these loans types to each other on the level that a real estate agent needs to understand.
