Did you say waive those FMLS fees?

As a matter of fact I did. Did you know that every member Agent can WAIVE the FMLS fees on a personal residence?

Using the Agent Owner Letter ATTACHED to the FMLS Closing docs (so you have to get it to Kate with your Pending docs), Agents may waive one LISTING AND/OR one SELLING side FMLS fees for a personal residence! Now that’s a place you’re going to live in… not rent to someone else… Here’s to saving some money!
