Try a whimsical Tiny House…for a day or two!

Well, you were curious enough to find out where this Disney’esque tree house is located so we are going to tell you!

As reported earlier this week by “Curbed Atlanta” there is a now a very special, very magical destination in Buckhead that you can rent for $275 per night.  “The three spaces, connected by ship-rope bridges and playfully embellished with glitter fairy lights, each have their own personality.  The bedroom sleeps two and has a wheeled bed that can be rolled out onto a platform above a bubbling stream,” writes Kimberly Turner of Curbed Atlanta.

Not only is this not a hoax or a joke, but according to sources there is such a high demand to rent this teeny little tree house that they are booked for months in advance.  If you are interested in renting a tree-house click here

What, might you ask does this tree house and the Tiny House Movement have to do with each other?

Well, the idea of the Tiny House Movement is fairly simple; by owning a smaller home, you leave a smaller carbon footprint, you spend less, you own less and therefore you waste less.  The homes are easy and inexpensive to build, but you have to get your head around the idea of living in 300 or square feet with few amenities.  Before you decide to take the plunge, you might to stay a night or two in this small, but uber cool tree house to see if you think you could make it permanent.

On the other hand, you might just want to stay in a grown up tree house for a quick getaway in the city!  Either way, we think it’s pretty nifty.
